Genie Hub Publishing

genie-publish guides an agent through owner-scoped Blog and Store publication with the authenticated genie-hub CLI. It covers validation, drafts, publication, delegated attachment upload, Store Release idempotency, and the dev-first release boundary.

The installable ZIP contains only genie-publish/SKILL.md. It contains no credential, release evidence, or embedded README. At runtime it uses the caller's own Genie Hub PAT or OAuth identity through the CLI and never grants direct CMS, database, storage, Casdoor, or OpenBao access.
